We're a woman-founded Public Benefit Corporation based in Boulder, CO. Our mission is to make the world a little kinder — through brews that balance the body, inner tools that support the mind, and business as a force for good.
We've been at this for a decade, served 25M+ cups, and built a small team that punches well above its weight. We're building fast — across DTC, Amazon, and natural retail (~370 stores nationally and counting) — and we have serious ambitions for what Rasa can become. We're very much just getting started.
The thread running through everything we do is Choose Kindness. It's both the outcome we're working toward — a kinder world — and an operating principle for how we make decisions, treat each other, and show up for our customers every day.
The mechanism that makes Choose Kindness real is The Pause: the space between stimulus and response, where conscious choice becomes possible. The Pause is what we offer customers — adaptogens help create the physiological capacity for it — and it's how we operate as a team. Less reactivity, more intention. The rest is practice.
We're an output-driven company. We care about what you deliver, not what hours you log. Accountability is real — through weekly scorecards, clear deliverables, and grown-up conversations — but the freedom is real too. Some weeks you'll work more than full-time. Some weeks less. The business is designed to work either way.
